Permit me to share with you a few pages of my dairy, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Those pages are home to some of my most interesting experiences <\/p>\n\n\n\n
They are witness, so in the courts of your minds grant me audience <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Your honours <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Those pages are asylum to my brokenness, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Those pages are a camp where my most exiled thoughts find home <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Those pages have been refuge-GEE-OH-D knows <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Those pages, I recite them to him often <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Those pages..<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As I humbly await my Boaz, I\u2019ve come across some ruthless men<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Men like chauffeurs driven by their desires; in a hot pursuit of she, whom they believe had their rib,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Men like actors, who WILL promise you WASHINGTON, DC to Marvel you but have no relationship with the Script writer above <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Men like swimmers, who will dive into your inbox like it\u2019s the Olympics and can\u2019t even survive the heat of good questioning and logical reasoning <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Men like soldiers, who are so good at wearing their camouflage <\/p>\n\n\n\n
These pages..<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They\u2019ve seen them all!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From the really good guy who couldn\u2019t really speak to<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The guy who could really speak who wasn\u2019t really good<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And I know my ladies can relate <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Somewhere in our minds, we have those pages..<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Those pages <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not too long ago,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I met a young man who per my marking, was doing alright till he asked me if I believed in love at first sight<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A regular me would have made that slide <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But someway somehow that was a power point<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It just presented itself to me as the perfect opportunity <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I questioned his questioning and sadly it exposed the flaws in his reasoning <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I asked him back, \u201cwhat is love?\u201d and after hours of struggling to say something wise <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The atmosphere bears me witness, I relieved him of the pressure <\/p>\n\n\n\n
See, it\u2019s difficult to define one you don\u2019t know <\/p>\n\n\n\n
So I had to let brother man go<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For he knew not, he knew nought! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
i knew love! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I knew the one above<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Do I believe in love at first sight? Maybe <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But that doesn\u2019t sound like my God <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He loved me before light <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He loved me before bright<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He loved me before day or night <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He loved me before creation <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Matter of fact, he loved me so he did creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He loved me in-spite of my flaws, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In spite of pimples and acne,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And I\u2019m not speaking physical,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He sees deep<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yet to the seas deep, from the skies high <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He takes delight in watching over me <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m his main event and side attraction <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He loves me <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I fill his mind like the letters m-i-n-d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He notices my hair <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Scratch that, he knows the numbers on my head<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When I speak, I know I\u2019m heard <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He\u2019s awake, when I go to bed <\/p>\n\n\n\n
And it\u2019s beautiful to know, I am led <\/p>\n\n\n\n
By one greater than everything summed up <\/p>\n\n\n\n
His words are sweeter than honey <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He calls me royalty, I\u2019m Queen, b<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He loves me to death,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To standing up for me when the accuser comes in,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He loves me to forgiveness of my wrongs, past, present and <\/p>\n\n\n\n
my future …<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Is in his hands <\/p>\n\n\n\n
For what can slip when God holds it<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What can fall when His might upholds it <\/p>\n\n\n\n
What can escape his view<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Father, who can love like You<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He loves me to Calvary,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To 40 lashes save one to save one <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Me! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He loves me when things are rosy like February 14th <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He loves me when things are awfully thorny <\/p>\n\n\n\n
His love is constant, my actions may vary from time to time <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am Conscious of the truth that irrespective of what I do or what I say <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Of whether I read or pray <\/p>\n\n\n\n
His love for me remains <\/p>\n\n\n\n
God won\u2019t love me less, God won\u2019t love me more <\/p>\n\n\n\n
God loves me with His all<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And it\u2019s His love for me that causes me to do what I do <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I don\u2019t pray to make Him love me, I pray because I am loved by Him <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I don\u2019t read His word to make Him love me, I read his Word to experience his already existing love for me <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am loved by the embodiment of love <\/p>\n\n\n\n
