Here at Teleios, we take the work that we do for God seriously, and we're glad you do so too! Our organisational flow is organised in statuses which are stated below:
Status 1. Find out more about us!
It is important that you confirm that Teleios Inc. is a good fit for you! In addition to all the things you see and hear about us, it is necessary to additionaly find out more about us; our history, our ministry, our culture and leadership, our vision and our mission. once you know who we are, you can make an informed decision about joining us! You can also check out our social media and YouTube to familiarise yourself with our content.
Status 2. Tell us more about you!
It is equally important that we also get to know you. If you would love to partner with us after your prayerful consideration, kindly send a mail to info@teleiosonline.com with subject "I would love to partner with Teleios" containing the following information: full name, age, occupation, place of residence, brief introduction of self, contact details, talents and experience (if any), and principal reason for interest to collaborate with us. We will get back to you within 5 working days.
Status 3. Let's become friends!
Beyond what we will read about each other, we need to know each other intimately! As an official Friend of Teleios, you have exclusive access to a number of our rehearsals, meetings, prayer services and online discussions as well us the opportunity to participate in some of our ministry events and activities. All these interactions will create a platform for us to get to know each other better. As status 3, you become a member of the Teleios network, and can serve with us even in seasons (such as this one) where active recruitment is not ongoing. Many of our associates have chosen to remain friends of Teleios because (they have other commitments and) cannot commit fully to the rigorous Teleios regime, but still love to serve and grow with us!
Status 4. Commit to a service position
This is the next step after status 3. Year round, we have committees who work on our ministrations, events, production, media, costuming, and other technical fields and this is a step in the right direction for anyone who would love to join Teleios Inc. full time. Serving in Status 4 will also be a great opportunity for you to well evaluate the Teleios Experience!
Status 5. Commit to full-time ministry
We teach that Teleios is full-time ministry: not spare-time, not part-time, but full time! We each see Teleios as a primary way through which we are to fulfil our God given purposes! For every one who eventually joins Status 5, we expect that Teleios be a top priority, and that they devote the requisite time, heart, mind, money, ability and effort into seeing her fulfil the eternal purposes for which God established her!
